SEO - The Broader View - Case Study

In this world of instant gratification we sometimes miss out on the big picture.  For our clients Search Engine Optimization or SEO, is often looked up on as a tool to give a 'boost' in sales by showing up in the top spots in Google, Yahoo and Bing.com searches.  But the bigger picture is really a solid web marketing program with SEO that will continually bring in customers.  Today we will take a closer look at Anjan Gupta Architects, who have been utilizing the KolWeb SEO program for over an year.

SEO Launch:  At the start of the SEO program, KolWeb focused on the high impact keywords, such that the Anjan Gupta Architects website would show up in the critical searches that would lead to sales.  These keyword phrases would be geographic and domain expertise-related such as Kolkata Architects, Calcutta Architects or Kolkata Interior Designers, Calcutta Interior Designing.  With these keyword phrases the website would achieve a solid base from which various combinations could be further developed.

Capturing the Design Essence for Marketing

With so many website design and development companies throughout the world, how is it even possible to compete?  At KolWeb our differentiating factor in the field of website designing is unique - we always try to capture the essence of the person, company or organization in the website design.  While other companies spend time 'copying' and 'pasting' content into a template, leading to 'cookie-cutter' website, at KolWeb we strive to get to the core of the customer and their requirements and have the true 'essence' reflected in their website design and functionality.
 
By capturing the essence of the customer in the website design, a more meaningful representation of the customer is created along with a relevant marketing tool.  Let's elaborate further on this point.  Often times traditional Marketing programs are created without even including the website as a marketing tool, and then the website is created at a later date independent of the Marketing Program.  This is a mistake!  The website is increasingly becoming an integral part of the overall Marketing Program and needs to meet the marketing goals and objectives set out in the Marketing Plan.  On top of this the website design needs to be consistent with the overall brand image and marketing message.
 
'On message' and 'relevant designs' are how websites need to be in this competitive environment.
